A Support Worker Who Drives With You, Not Just For You!

Through my work in the disability community, I saw how many people were missing out. Not just on transport, but on supported transport. Someone who stays with you. Helps you get around. Makes the day easier.

So I created Accessible Drives with Amanda, a personal support service built around real needs, real people, and the freedom to get out into the community safely.

I work with clients who use wheelchairs, walkers, mobility aids, or who simply want a calm, reliable support worker to accompany them to appointments, outings and community activities.

My wheelchair-accessible bus has a hoist for safe boarding, and my smaller car is available for clients who don’t require wheelchair access but still value person-centred support.

I believe small moments matter, a kind greeting, a steady arm, unhurried time, and someone who genuinely cares.
